Top NYC Attractions

New York City is called the city that never sleeps for a reason. There are so many things to do that there is no time for sleep. If you’ve never been to the Big Apple before, it can be a bit overwhelming. Consider planning your trip ahead of time with some of these places.

See a Show

New York City has one of the best theater districts in the entire world. It’s home to Broadway. Make sure to take the time and splurge on a New York City cabaret or play. Broadway’s most popular shows are typically musicals. Disney musicals are a big hit for the whole family. If you’re a true theater fan, you’ll want to see the latest Tony Award-winning musical. If you’re not typically a musical theater person, see a jukebox musical featuring music from famous pop stars like ABBA or Carole King.

Go Sight-Seeing

The Big Apple has so many incredible sights to see. Be sure to catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and climb up to the top. Visit Ellis Island to learn about the process your ancestors may have gone through to enter the country. Go for a walk in Central Park if the weather is nice. If you can tough out the crowds, visit the world-famous Times Square. If you want to have an educational experience, visit one of NYC’s incredible museums like the MET or MoMA.

Have Some Great Food

New York City is famous for having a wide variety of delectable cuisine. Since New York is considered the Melting Pot, there is food from nearly every culture. Try some pasta or pizza from Little Italy. Visit Chinatown and try some authentic Chinese food. New York City also has some great Thai food, Halal food and Indian food.
